We announce the collaboration between the Humanism and Science Foundation, the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), and the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) for the development of the research project "Optimization of a foaming agent for extinguishing forest fires based on natural soaps and clays."
This project will be carried out at the CSIC research center, the Galician Institute of Agrobiological Research (IIAG), and at the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), with the aim of advancing forest fire suppression techniques.
Through this multidisciplinary collaboration, we seek to optimize a foaming agent based on natural soaps and clays, exploring new, sustainable and effective solutions for fighting wildfires in forest environments. This innovative approach reflects our shared commitment to scientific research and the development of technologies that promote safety and environmental conservation.
