Mar\u00eda Magdalena Leal Lasarte joined this group in January 2021, contributing her experience and dedication to our tireless efforts to understand and address the most complex challenges of this devastating disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">About the Project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mar\u00eda Magdalena Leal Lasarte's project focuses on the spatiotemporal and functional analysis of premetastatic niches in vivo. Using MetAlert models and MDK reporter animals, our team is committed to unraveling the mechanisms that drive melanoma metastasis, with the ultimate goal of improving the effectiveness of immunotherapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Multidisciplinary Approach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To address this challenge, our team leverages a wide range of tools and approaches. From omics data analysis to computational and pharmacological studies, every aspect of our research is performed with precision and dedication. We strongly believe in collaboration and the integration of diverse disciplines to achieve significant advances in the fight against cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recognition and Appreciation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It's important to emphasize that Mar\u00eda Magdalena Leal Lasarte's work would not be possible without the generous support of the Humanism and Science Foundation.
